Not Your Average Luncheon

Beverley Jackson, from the Voice SB, attended a luncheon for Compassionate Care of Carpinteria at the Rincon Beach Club. She had never been to the Beach Club before; our venue, the staff and the food all exceeded her expectations!

"I was very impressed with the space, the service and the particularly with the luncheon. Through my many, many years of writing a social column, I have eaten thousands of chicken lunches or Cobb salads. But here, I arrived at my table to find three most appetizing looking platters.

One held perfectly poaches salmon in perfectly sized slices. Another held a new version of Caprese salad - it was comprised of not tomato, but watermelon rectangles, thinly sliced, alternated with mozzarella cheese. The third platter held a most successful mixed salad, with no big pieces of spinach that left you with spinach stems sticking out the side of your mouth."

At the end of the luncheon, Beverley was very pleased with the table-side coffee service and assorted dessert platters. She ended her visit with , "Bravo for this luncheon"!
